What materials do I need to get started?
Anything you have! If you already have a 3D model (in CAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.), we’ll use that. If not, a 2D floor plan (PDF or DWG), material/color references, and any site photos are enough for us to build from scratch.
How long does a typical virtual tour project take?
From the moment we receive all your assets and the down payment, most tours are live within 7–14 days. Complex or large developments (multiple units, custom finishes) may take up to 3 weeks.
Can I review and request changes during production?
Absolutely. We provide a draft tour for your review, and you get two rounds of minor revisions at no extra cost—so you can tweak finishes, camera angles, or hotspots before final delivery.
How will I share and host the tour?
We handle hosting via Matterport (or your preferred platform). You’ll receive:
A shareable link
An embed code for your website
A QR code for print or signage
Will the tour work on mobile devices?
Yes. Our tours are responsive, optimized for smartphones, tablets, and desktops—no app install required. Visitors simply open the link in their browser.
Do you provide analytics on visitor engagement?
Yes. We integrate basic analytics so you can see:
Total tour views
Average time spent
Hotspot click rates
These insights help you gauge buyer interest.
What happens after 1 year of hosting?
Your tour stays live for 12 months by default. We’ll send you a renewal reminder—hosting renews at a competitive annual rate. If you prefer, we can also export the raw files for self-hosting.
How do you handle payment and contracts?
We require a 40% deposit upfront (serves as your booking), with the remaining 60% due on final delivery. All terms—including revisions, rights, and confidentiality—are detailed in our Service Agreement.
